1. Parties of contractual relations
Only a person who is more than 18 years old can enter into an agreement
with the system operator.
2. Reservations and settlement of stays
After sending a reservation request the client will receive confirmation
concerning reservation acceptance into A-Z Accommodation CZECH system
by an e-mail message. Then the client will receive a binding reservation
confirmation from A-Z Accommodation CZECH no later than within 48
hours.
Other information concerning price and chosen reimbursement method
of booked stay (payment with a credit card - VISA and EC/MC, through
eBank or banking transfer) will also be a part of this confirmation.
Reservations will be guaranteed to the client
just in case:
A/ if the client confirms the reservation
in time and if the client makes the deposit for requested services
in time
B/ if the client
closes a deal with the quartermaster that he will pay for the reserved
stay upon his arrival in the given place (mostly the quartermaster
naturally requires a guarantee by valid data of client's credit
card)
3. Service charges and prices
Service prices are arranged by a stipulation, provided services
range as well as final prices will be sent to the client in already
mentioned binding reservation confirmation which the client receives
from the quartermaster. The number of accommodated persons must
corespond with the number of persons having beeing reserved. There
are shown preliminary prices for given season in A-Z Accommodation
CZECH system, the exact price will be sent to the client in the
binding reservation confirmation. If it is not stated some other
way, all prices will be given in CZK and including VAT. In case
of payment for reservation by banking transfer the client covers
all charges for clearing banks.
4. Conditions of cancellation
Following conditions of cancellation are
valid if it is not stated some other way. The client has a right
to cancel his reserved stay at any time before stay beginning. It
is possible to cancel the stay only in writing, by e-mail or fax.
Reservation is cancelled on the day when the system operator of
A-Z Accommodation receives announcement about cancellation.
Cancellation fees for accommodation to 3 days
on LAST MOMENT ( to 9 days for arrival):
- 100% of the price for one night of ordered stay
Cancellation fees for accommodation for more
than 3 days
- 30 to 21 days before arrival, 10% of the total price of group
reservation
- 20 to 11 days before arrival, 30% of the total price of group
reservation
- 10 days and less before arrival, 50% of the total price of group
reservation
The day on which the cancellation is received
is counted into the above-mentioned number of days which are decisive
for calculation of cancellation fees. The day of beginning of using
the ordered services is not counted into this number of days.
Reservation is cancelled on the day when
the system operator of A-Z Accommodation receives announcement about
cancellation by e-mail sent to this e-mail address: [email protected].
Requested cancellation must include the reservation number, name,
surname, address and telephone number of the client.
5. Personal data protection
The operator is entitled to use all personal data obtained
from clients during reservation realization only in accordance with
Act No. 101/2000 of Coll., on Personal Data Protection. The operator
also retains the right as amended by the act to use obtained data
for sending commercial offers and he also covenants not to give
these data to any third party.
6. Protection of the system of payment
Payment transactions are made through system of payment
Platba.cz (www.platba.cz) and all data are transferred in cipher
through this system by the help of SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer)
when payments are made.
7. Final provisions
All data contained in A-Z Accommodation
CZECH system correspond with information valid in the time of its
publication or updating. These information was provided by the quartermaster
and he is responsible for its objective accuracy. The client expresses
his agreement with these general conditions and accepts them in
full scale when he sends RESERVATION to to the system. These general
conditions come into force on August the 1st 2003 and lose their
validity by determining new general conditions.
